We carry out thorough quality checks before processing our orders to ensure our customers' items are in the agreed condition before purchase. If we miss a flaw with the product Customers are more than welcome to Email us and inquire about a Return/Refund. We at NZ Hype Kicks are not required to allow Returns/Refunds on Any item we sell. But if we at NZ Hype Kicks think the item's flaw/condition isn't up to our high standards, we will deem the item returnable/refundable. We will then email you back with further instructions.
If a customer return Inquiry is accepted, the customer Must ship the item back to our Branch in the same packaging and condition as it left our Branch.
(Product must be shipped to us within 5 Business days of accepting the Customers Refund/Return Inquiry. The same shipping box with the Original Receipt.
We do offer Exchanges on Returning items.
